Abstract: In the new era, colleges and universities should pay close attention to the moral education mode of "three comprehensive education" and carry out all-round education for students. This paper will study the meaning of the moral education mode of "three complete education" and clarify the education concept of the moral education mode of "three complete education". The concept includes two aspects, namely, taking education as the core, focusing on integration, deployment as the core, and focusing on all staff mobilization. Finally, this paper studies the action mechanism of the "three perfections education" moral education mode in Colleges and universities in the new era. The action mechanism includes three aspects, namely, the establishment of a unified leadership of the Party committee, the joint management of all departments, the combination of stable evaluation, the timely analysis of the action mechanism of information, the optimization of environmental management, and the promotion of campus culture construction. Based on the above discussion, this paper will analyze and study the moral education mode and action mechanism of "three complete education" in Colleges and universities in the new era.
