Abstract

Abstract: In this paper, the actual status of cultivating vocational elevator engineering talent, as well as the elevator industry needs to explore the changes of professional and technical personnel, make the elevator technical level of professional and technical personnel constitute, thus forming the purpose of cultivation of elevator technology professionals in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward that cultivating the elevator professionals should be to focus on "extensions" and "professional".
