Abstract: Based on the characteristics of social employment situation and professional demand, the training of Applied Japanese majors aims to put forward reform methods for the teaching mode of Japanese majors in Colleges and universities, and constantly test and improve in practice to ensure the output quality of professional talents. This paper attempts to analyze the shortcomings in the training of Applied Japanese talents and the methods of model reform in order to improve the output level of Japanese talents in Colleges and universities.
