Abstract

Abstract: Under the strategic background of building an innovative country, in order to meet the social demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, domestic universities are exploring the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Taking the school of management of Henan University of science and technology as an example, it has made some achievements by implementing a series of innovative and entrepreneurial personnel training measures, and established a trinity characteristic innovative and entrepreneurial personnel training mode. This model provides reference for the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in other management schools.
