Abstract: Student cadres in higher vocational colleges play an increasingly important role in student management in the new era, but there are many problems at the same time. This paper takes the training and education of student cadres in higher vocational colleges as the starting point, combines the existing problems of student cadres and the problems of student organization, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the training and education of student cadres.
