The Approach and Growth Mechanism of the Construction of the Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Teachers Based on the Integration of the Specialty and Innovation——Taking Xinjiang Higher Vocational College as an Example

Abstract: The activities of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" education reform in Colleges and universities are being carried out in depth. Teachers play an important role in the process of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" personnel training. Driven by mass entrepreneurship and innovation education, it is urgent to build a high-quality teaching staff who not only grasps the cutting-edge trends of disciplines, but also has rich practical experience. Based on the investigation of Xinjiang Higher Vocational Colleges, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the construction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education and the construction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation teachers. Starting from the top-level design of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional education, this paper puts forward the specific ways and incentive mechanism of the construction of mass entrepreneurship and innovation teachers.
