Construction of Linkage Mechanism of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Training in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of New Engineering

Abstract

Abstract: With the introduction of the "New Engineering" concept in 2017, it marks the development direction of China's higher education officially towards the beautiful vision of Industry 4.0.Under the background of the new engineering department, the joint mechanism of cultivating talents for innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities is put on the construction process, which is related to whether the talents cultivated in higher education meet the requirements of the times, whether they meet the social development, and is also an important factor for our country to move towards the talent power. Based on the five angles of "new concept", "new structure", "new model", "new quality" and "new system" of the concept of new engineering science, this paper analyzes the construction of the linkage mechanism of the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Chinese universities.
