Suggestions and Thoughts on Improving the Teaching Level of College Teachers under the Background of MOOC

Abstract: With the development and application of Internet technology, Internet technology has gradually entered various industries. Efficiency is no exception. MOOCs emerge as The Times require. Students can download course explanations on various apps, and they are explained by teachers from different schools, some of which are classes of famous domestic experts, and some of which are classes of famous foreign scholars. Generally speaking, students tend to acquire professional knowledge in a variety of ways, and there are now online courses, MOOCs and other learning platforms. This poses a great challenge to university teachers, not only to the challenge of traditional teaching methods, but also to their own professional quality. This paper tries to solve the problem of the emergence and development of MOOCs, what challenges college teachers face under the influence of MOOCs, and how college teachers deal with the challenges.
