Reform Path of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Teaching for Law Students based on "Integrated Learning and Training"

Abstract: Innovation entrepreneurship as an important force of the country's economic development, must deal with modern requirements in terms of the corresponding training, therefore innovation entrepreneurship will form different from traditional teaching theory divorced from reality, interoperability is not strong teaching type teaching mode of "training" mode, i.e., according to the market demand as the guide, to apply the skills as the core, aiming at knowledge comprehensive coverage of cultivating mode. For law students, the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship is based on the cultivation of legal professional skills, to build a hierarchical teacher team and training skills training mode.
