Discussion on the Training Model of Kindergarten Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Cooperative Innovation

Abstract: With the development of the economy of the times, China is constantly promoting the education reform. More and more parents pay attention to the work of early childhood education, and put forward higher requirements for the quality of classroom teaching. Preschool education can lay the foundation for children's later learning, which is a critical period. However, there are some problems in the current training mode of kindergarten teachers in Higher Vocational colleges. This paper will analyze the existing problems and explore innovative methods to promote the coordinated development of educational resources in Higher Vocational colleges, so as to provide more ideas for the training plan of kindergarten teachers in Higher Vocational colleges.
