Abstract

Abstract: From the perspective of the development of higher vocational Medical colleges in our country, the progress is relatively slow. This means that it is imperative for higher vocational colleges to implement educational reform. Compared with undergraduate students, students in higher vocational colleges have certain weaknesses in professional learning. In the future employment competition, the pressure is greater. Implement the mode of integration of production and education within the college, and look for excellent enterprises as partners. In the daily teaching process, we pay attention to the cultivation of students 'personal ability. When students walk out of school, they become a useful person for society.
