Exploration of Personnel Training Mode with Professional Tutorial System for Application-oriented Transformation Universities

Abstract: Implementing the professional tutorial system is an important way to deepen the undergraduate education reform and innovate the modes of talents training. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the implementation of the professional tutorial system for the development of application-oriented transformation of local undergraduate universities, this paper introduces the general thoughts of the implementation of the professional tutorial system, puts forward the general principles and implementation plans, and defines the key works. It could advance the development of specialties transformation, promote the quality of talents training, and provide implementation experience for the reform of talents training mode in local undergraduate application-oriented transformation universities, which has reference significance and enlightenment.
