摘要: 新工科人才培养是教育部为应对新一轮技术、产业变革提出的重要改革举措,旨在培养具有实践能力、创新能力的高素质工程科技人才。在产学深度融合背景下,新工科人才培养取得了一定成效,但也存在一些问题,如教学体系推动力不足、学生培养目标脱离实际等。高校应深入探索新工科人才培养面临问题的深层原因,针对性提出优化路径,切实培养新工科人才。

Abstract: The cultivation of new engineering talents is an important reform measure proposed by the Ministry of Education in response to a new round of technological and industrial changes, aiming at cultivating high-quality engineering and technical talents with practical and innovative abilities. Under the background of deep integration of industry and education, the training of new engineering talents has achieved certain results, but there are also common problems, such as insufficient driving force in the teaching system, and students'training goals detached from reality. Colleges and universities should deeply explore the deep causes of the difficulties faced by the training of new engineering talents, and put forward the optimization path to effectively train new engineering talents.
