乡村振兴背景下新农科人才实践创新能力培养体系探索

摘要: 为了满足新农科发展对高层次创新型、应用型专业技术人才的需求,实践创新教学是研究生培养的关键环节,也是人才培养质量提升及科技水平提高的重要途径。因此,湖南人文科技学院根据湖南乡村振兴发展要求,针对现代农业对新农科人才的新需求和传统农学专业就业等质量评估问题,提出完善的实践创新人才培养对策:一方面,根据湖南省乡村振兴发展新需求,动态调整专业建设,包括新兴领域紧缺人才的培养和对传统优势农学专业进行升级;另一方面,复合应用型人才按照专业认证和未来农业契合度的标准培养,鼓励多学科交叉融合,着重培养学生实践能力,鼓励校企合作,建立地方特色产教融合协同育人机制,发展个性化人才培养途径,构建多元化的人才培养体系。

Abstract: For meeting the needs of new agricultural science development for high-level innovative and application -oriented professional and technical talents, practical and innovative teaching is a key link at the master's level, and also an important way to improve the quality of talent training and scientific and technological level. Therefore, Hunan University of Humanities and Technology, based on the requirements of rural revitalization in Hunan Province, put forward sound practical and innovative talent training strategies in response to the new needs of modern agriculture for new agricultural talents and the employment of traditional agriculture related majors and other quality evaluation issues: One side, dynamically adjust the profess -ional construction according to the new needs of rural revitalization in Hunan Province, including the training of scarce talents in emerging fields and upgrading of traditional advantageous agronomy majors; The other side, compound applied talents are trained according to the stan-dards of professional certification and future agricultural compatibility, encouraging interdisciplinary integration, focu -sing on training practical ability of students, encouraging school enterprise cooperation, establishing a cooperative edu -cation mechanism with local characteristics, developing personalized talent training channels, and structuring a diversified talent training system.
