摘要: 在新工科背景下,需要培养工程实践能力和创新能力强,并具备竞争力的高素质应用型创新人才。以武汉轻工大学材料化学专业建设为例,从人才培养方案修订,教学方法、教学手段、教学内容和教学评价方式的改革,实践教学体系的构建,校企合作育人基地的建设及实施本科生导师制等方面进行实践探索,以期为其他高校开展应用型创新人才培养改革提供借鉴。

Abstract: Under the background of new engineering discipline, it is necessary to cultivate high-quality applied innovative talents with strong engineering practice and innovation ability, and competitiveness. Taking the construction of materials chemistry major of Wuhan Polytechnic University as an example, the research and practice are carried out from the revision of talent training program, the reform of teaching methods, teaching means, teaching content and teaching evaluation, the construction of practical teaching system, the establishment of university-enterprise cooperation and education bases and the implementation of mentorship system for undergraduate students, etc., which are expected to provide a reference for other universities to perform the reform of applied innovative talent training.
