课证融通教学思维下“1+X”证书制度在学前教育专业中的推行探讨

摘要: 职业教育改革迫在眉睫,而改革的核心在于复合型、实践型人才的培养与输出,高职院校需要更新育人理念,创新教学模式,在教育教学中体现职业特色,培养专业职业型人才。“1+X”证书制度的推行是职业教育改革迈出的坚定一步,也是职业教育实践中更好地对接工作岗位需求的必然选择。“1+X”证书制度倡导课程教学与职业证书考取的结合,强调对学习者职业技能水平的认定,将切实增强教育的职业特色。该文以学前教育为例,探讨课证融通思维下“1+X”证书推行的问题,明确学前教育专业课证融通思维和实施路径,以实现“1+X”证书制度与学科教学的深度融合,保证职业教育的实效。

Abstract: The reform of vocational education is imminent, and the core of the reform lies in the training and export of compound and practical talents. Higher vocational colleges need to update the concept of education, innovate the teaching mode, reflect the professional characteristics in education and teaching, and export professional talents. The implementation of "1+X" certificate system is a firm step forward in the reform of vocational education, and also an inevitable choice to better meet the needs of job positions in vocational education practice. The "1+X" certificate system advocates the combination of course teaching and vocational certificate examination, and emphasizes the recognition of learners' vocational skills, which will effectively increase the vocational characteristics of education. Taking preschool education as an example, this paper discusses the implementation of "1+X" certificate under the thinking of curriculum and certificate integration, and makes clear the thinking and implementation path of curriculum and certificate integration in preschool education, so as to achieve the deep integration of "1+X" certificate system and subject teaching, and ensure the effectiveness of vocational education.
