摘要: 职业院校教师通过教师实践流动站进行实践学习,是职业院校“双师型”教师培养的良好途径。构建有效的教师实践流动站师资培养评价指标体系,能够很好地促进“双师型”教师培养质量的提高。基于以上认识,该文提出了评价教师实践流动站培养效果的基本原则、评价方法,对评价要素进行了细化,并结合评价要素设计了量化评价表格。

Abstract: It is a good way for vocational college teachers to practice and learn through the teacher practice mobile station. Constructing an effective evaluation index system of teacher training in teachers' practice mobile station can well promote the improvement of the training quality of "double qualified" teachers. Based on the above understanding, this paper puts forward the basic principles and evaluation methods for evaluating the training effect of teachers in the teacher practice mobile station, refines the evaluation elements, and designs a quantitative evaluation form based on the evaluation elements.
