Abstract: The cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability plays an important role in promoting social progress and national development. On the basis of meeting the needs of both enterprises and universities, school-enterprise cooperation can continuously improve the university innovation and entrepreneurship education system, provide more practical learning opportunities for college students, and provide help for cultivating college students' innovative consciousness and improving their entrepreneurial ability. Based on the current background of university-enterprise cooperation education, this paper studies the importance of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education system, analyzes problems, and studies the integration path of university-enterprise cooperation and the construction of university innovation and entrepreneurship education system.
