“岗课赛证”四融通课程教学改革创新与实践——以建筑施工技术课程为例

Innovation and Practice in Teaching Reform of the Four Integration Course of “Post Course Competition Certificate”—Taking the Construction Technology Course as an Example

摘要: 在建筑业加速向“技术密集型”转型、智能建造项目占比已达37%的背景下,建筑施工技术课程传统教学模式与行业实际需求脱节,使得毕业生岗位胜任能力不强。为此,建筑施工技术课程创新性地采用“岗课赛证”四融通教学模式,以培养新时代施工员为核心目标,紧跟建筑行业前沿技术,按岗位需求重构72学时、涵盖5个项目的课程体系,实现教学与岗位的紧密契合;同时,将技能竞赛融入教学,实现以赛促学,并推动课程与职业技能证书融通,对接岗位标准,全面提升学生的实践创新能力与就业竞争力。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of the accelerated transformation of the construction industry towards“technology intensive”and the proportion of intelligent construction projects reaching 37%, the traditional teaching mode of construction technology courses is disconnected from the actual needs of the industry, resulting in inadequate job competency for graduates. To this end, the innovation of the construction technology course adopts the“post course competition certificate”four integration teaching mode, with the core goal of cultivating new era construction workers, closely following the forefront technology of the construction industry, reconstructing a 72 hour course system covering 5 projects according to job requirements, and achieving close integration between teaching and job; At the same time, skill competitions will be integrated into teaching to promote learning through competitions, and to promote the integration of courses and vocational skills certificates with job standards, comprehensively enhancing students' practical innovation and employment competitiveness.
