Abstract: Vocational undergraduate colleges are the important base for cultivating high-level technical and skilled talents, and the employment and entrepreneurship abilities of the students they cultivate can enhance the adaptability between talents and industries. This article clarifies the basic connotation and constituent elements of the employment and entrepreneurship ability of vocational undergraduate college students, and synchronously analyzes the multiple roles of improving the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students. Based on this, from multiple perspectives such as improving the employment guidance system, building entrepreneurship cultivation platforms, and deepening school enterprise cooperation in education, it proposes highly operable measures to enhance the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students, aiming to provide technical guidance for the reform of talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate colleges.
