摘要: “岗课赛证”融通是高职汽车服务专业实现人才培养与产业需求精准对接的重要路径。为实现高职院校汽车服务专业课程的“岗课赛证”融通,该文从岗位能力图谱出发,重构课程目标,将证书模块与竞赛指标转化为可测的学习产出,再以任务驱动法整合内容,构建“岗位模拟—竞赛提升—证书检验”递进式教学链,优化育人模式,力求实现学生在同一学习周期内完成岗位任务、通过证书考核并具备参赛能力,最终实现职业能力纵向成长与横向迁移的统一。

Abstract: The integration of“post course competition certificate”is an important path for vocational college automotive service majors to achieve precise alignment between talent cultivation and industry demand. In order to achieve the integration of“post course competition certificate”in the automotive service major courses of vocational colleges, this article starts from the job competency map, reconstructs the course objectives, transforms the certificate module and competition indicators into measurable learning outputs, and then integrates the content using task driven method to construct a progressive teaching chain of“job simulation, competition promotion, certificate inspection”, optimizes the education mode, and strives to achieve the unity of vertical growth and horizontal transfer of professional abilities for students to complete job tasks, pass certificate assessments, and possess the ability to participate in the competition in the same learning cycle.
