摘要: 随着国家教育数字化战略的深入推进,教育数字化已成为高等教育高质量发展的核心驱动力。法学教育作为培养国家法治人才的关键环节,正面临着知识更新加速、实践需求迫切的转型期。该文以教育数字化为宏观背景,从课程内容重构、教学模式创新、评价体系转型与技术平台支撑四个维度,系统构建了法学智慧课程建设的路径框架,实现技术赋能与法学教育规律的深度融合。

Abstract: With the deepening of the national education digitization strategy, education digitization has become the core driving force for high-quality development of higher education. As a key link in cultivating national legal talents, legal education is facing a transitional period of accelerated knowledge updates and urgent practical needs. This article takes the digitalization of education as the macro background, and systematically constructs a path framework for the construction of legal wisdom courses from four dimensions: curriculum content reconstruction, teaching mode innovation, evaluation system transformation, and technological platform support, achieving a deep integration of technological empowerment and the laws of legal education.
