摘要: 音乐教师作为音乐教学改革的核心主体,其专业化发展能力直接决定教学质量与人才培养的成效。该文立足高校音乐教学改革创新导向,结合校企协同发展实践经验,界定音乐教师专业化发展的核心能力维度,梳理当前发展基础与提升空间,构建“校企合作—文化培育—信息化建设”“三位一体”的提升路径,为推动高校音乐教师专业化发展、助力教学改革落地见效提供理论参考与实践经验。

Abstract: Music teachers, as the core agents of music teaching reform, possess professional development capabilities that directly determine teaching quality and the effectiveness of talent cultivation. This article, grounded in the innovation-oriented approach to music teaching reform in higher education and drawing on practical experience in university-enterprise collaboration, defines the core competency dimensions for music teachers'professional development. It examines the current foundation and areas for improvement, constructing a three-pronged enhancement pathway integrating “university-enterprise cooperation, cultural cultivation, and information technology development”. This framework provides theoretical reference and practical experience for advancing the professional development of university music teachers and ensuring the effective implementation of teaching reforms.
