高校创新创业教育融入大学生就业指导课程的实践路径研究

摘要: 该文以人力资本理论与建构主义学习理论为支撑,结合高校创新创业教育与就业指导课程融合的实践现状,分析两者衔接不畅、内容同质化、教学模式单一等问题,从课程体系重构、教学模式创新、师资队伍建设、保障机制完善四个维度提出针对性实践路径,为高校深化就业指导课程改革、提升人才培养质量、增强大学生就业竞争力提供参考。

Abstract: Based on human capital theory and constructivist learning theory, this paper analyzes the practical status of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance courses in colleges and universities, dissecting problems such as poor connection between the two, content homogenization, and single teaching mode. From the four dimensions of curriculum system reconstruction, teaching mode innovation, teaching staff construction, and guarantee mechanism improvement, it proposes targeted practical paths to provide reference for colleges and universities to deepen the reform of employment guidance courses, improve the quality of talent training, and enhance the employment competitiveness of college students.
