“五育”并举育人模式下应用型院校人才培养创新路径探索

摘要: 应用型院校在“五育”并举育人模式下探索人才培养创新路径,既是高等教育改革的基本内容,也是促进大学生全面发展、更好地满足社会用人需求与实现未来职业发展的必然选择。除了优化课程体系,增设德育、美育、劳动教育课程,补齐“五育”短板,应用型院校还需要尝试翻转课堂、校企合作、项目式教学等多种人才培养模式,在高质量教学中促进学生德、智、体、美、劳的共同发展。此外,应用型院校应优化评价机制,通过体现评价主体的多元性、评价内容的全面性、评价方法的互补性,达到以评价促提升的效果,开创人才培养的新局面。

Abstract: Exploring innovative paths for talent cultivation under the“five-education”integration model in application-oriented colleges is not only a fundamental part of higher education reform but also an inevitable choice to promote the all-round development of college students, better meet the needs of social employment, and achieve future career development. In addition to optimizing the curriculum system, adding courses on moral education, aesthetic education and labor education, and making up for the shortcomings in the“five-education”, applied colleges and universities also need to try various talent cultivation models such as flipped classrooms, school-enterprise cooperation and project-based teaching, to promote the common development of students in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor in high-quality teaching. In addition, application-oriented colleges and universities should optimize their evaluation mechanisms. By reflecting the diversity of evaluation subjects, the comprehensiveness of evaluation content, and the complementarity of evaluation methods, application-oriented colleges and universities can achieve the effect of promoting improvement through evaluation and create a new situation in talent cultivation.
