Abstract: The integration of industry and education in higher vocational logistics education within the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle is of vital significance for precisely aligning with regional industrial demands, helping the logistics industry reduce costs and enhance efficiency, and improving the employability suitability of talents. However, it currently faces challenges such as mismatch between talent supply and demand, insufficient motivation for enterprise participation, and low conversion rates of industry-university-research collaboration. Based on the development of new-quality productive forces and their mutually reinforcing relationship with the integration of industry and education in higher vocational logistics, this paper proposes establishing an industry-education integration community rooted in the industrial development of the Chengdu-Chongqing region, emphasizing an innovation-oriented value system, and focusing on cultivating compound and skilled talents who meet the requirements of new logistics occupations. The aim is to promote the deep integration of vocational education and the logistics industry, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the high-quality development of the logistics sector in the Chengdu-Chongqing area.
