摘要: 为解决本科毕业实习中存在的问题,顺应新工科产教融合的发展要求,该文提出突出学科交叉,更新实习内容,在毕业实习中增设选修模块,将毕业实习与个人规划和就业相结合,提出对应分类人才培养目标的个性化毕业实习教学方式;通过产教融合培养学生创新实践能力和高校青年教师的工程能力,将课程思政与企业文化相结合,探索新工科背景下产教深度融合的本科生毕业实习教学新模式,培养适应未来社会发展需求的创新型高素质工程人才。

Abstract: In order tosolve the existing problems in undergraduate graduation practice and comply with the development requirements of the industry-education integration under emerging engineering education, highlight interdisciplinary and updates practice content, add elective modules in graduation internships, combine graduation practice with personal planning and employment, and propose personalized graduation practice teaching methods that correspond to the classification of talent training objectives. Through the industry-education integration, students'innovative practical abilities and the engineering abilities of young university teachers will be cultivated. By combining ideological and political education with corporate culture, the new teaching mode of undergraduate graduation practice based on the deep industry-education integration will be explored, and cultivate innovative and high-quality engineering talents that can meet the needs of future social development.
