摘要: 智能制造时代对机械工程人才的创新能力与工程素养提出复合型要求,传统培养模式因理论与实践脱节、学科壁垒固化,无法满足产业发展实际需求。该文依托全国重点实验室、省级众创空间、国家级创新创业学院与中国国际大学生创新创业大赛四类平台,创建以竞赛为导向的目标协同体系,实现四维交互过程的重新构建,促成多元主体间的资源共享,有效解决平台资源碎片化问题,推动人才培养质量提升。

Abstract: The era of intelligent manufacturing places complex demands on the innovation capabilities and engineering literacy of mechanical engineering talents. Traditional training models, due to the disconnect between theory and practice and the rigidity of disciplinary barriers, cannot meet the actual needs of industrial development. This research relies on the strong support of four platforms: national key laboratories, provincial-level maker spaces, national-level innovation and entrepreneurship colleges, and the China International College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. It creates a competition-oriented goal-oriented collaborative system, reconstructs a four-dimensional interactive process, promotes resource sharing among multiple stakeholders, effectively solves the problem of fragmented platform resources, and drives the improvement of talent training quality.
