数字化转型驱动下建筑智能化工程技术专业“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式研究

Research on the Integrated Talent Cultivation Mode of“On-the-Job Course Competition Certificate” in the Field of Building Intelligent Engineering Technology Driven by Digital Transformation

摘要: 在数字化转型背景下,建筑智能化行业对人才的需求向数据驱动运维转变。该文通过构建“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式,融合岗位需求、课程内容、技能竞赛与职业资格认证,重构课程体系;采用模块化课程设计,结合技能竞赛与“1+ X”证书、职业技能等级证书等,提升学生的技术应用水平与证书获取率。研究结果显示:该模式有效提升了学生的专业技能、实践与创新能力,缩短了岗位适应周期,为建筑智能化行业的数字化转型提供了有力的人才支撑。

Abstract: In the context of digital transformation, the demand for talent in the building intelligence industry is shifting towards data-driven operations and maintenance. This article constructs a“on-the-job course competition certificate”integrated talent cultivation mode, which integrates job requirements, course content, skill competitions, and vocational qualification certification to reconstruct the curriculum system; Adopting modular curriculum design, combined with skill competitions and“1+X” certificates, vocational skill level certificates, etc., to strengthen students'technical application level and certificate certification rate. The research results show that this model effectively enhances students'professional skills, practical and innovative abilities, shortens the job adaptation cycle, and provides strong talent support for the digital transformation of the building intelligence industry.
