摘要: 临床思维能力是全科医学专业学生必备的核心素养,对日后在基层卫生医疗工作中准确诊断和治疗疾病至关重要。如何有效培养学生的临床思维能力是基础医学教学阶段的关键问题。该文阐述了在基础医学教学中提升学生临床思维能力的重要意义,分析了当前全科医学专业基础医学教学中存在的问题,提出了培养学生临床思维能力的策略,以切实培养出临床思维能力强、能胜任基层医疗工作的全科医学专业人才。

Abstract: Clinical thinking ability is an essential core competency for students majoring in general medicine, which is crucial for accurately diagnosing and treating diseases in their future work in primary healthcare. How to effectively cultivate students'clinical thinking ability is a key issue in the basic medical teaching stage. This article elaborates on the important significance of enhancing students'clinical thinking ability in basic medical teaching, analyzes the problems existing in the current basic medical teaching of general practitioners, proposes strategies for cultivating students'clinical thinking ability, to effectively cultivate general practitioners with strong clinical thinking ability and capable of handling grassroots medical work.
