摘要: 该文针对高职院校创新创业教育中存在的资源分散、协同不足问题,从构建多方协同的资源汇聚机制,优化课程、项目、竞赛一体化资源转化路径,打造多元互补的人力资源队伍,建设功能集成的平台资源载体,以及完善闭环联动的制度资源保障五个维度,系统阐述以资源整合推进“政—行—企—校”实践育人共同体建设的对策,旨在提升高职院校创新创业实践育人质量。

Abstract: This paper addresses the issues of scattered resources and insufficient collaboration in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges, from five dimensions—establishing a multi-party collaborative resource aggregation mechanism, optimizing the integrated resource transformation pathway for courses, projects, and competitions, building a diverse and complementary human resource team, constructing a functionally integrated platform resource carrier, and improving a closed-loop linkage institutional resource safeguard, it systematically elaborates strategies for advancing the construction of a “government-industry-enterprise-school”practical education community through resource integration. The aim is to enhance the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship practical education in higher vocational institutions.
