摘要: 针对管理学科虚拟仿真教学中动态情境缺失、交互机制固化及训练模式单一等问题,该文基于生成式AI(人工智能)技术,构建了融合知识图谱、Prompt工程和Embedding技术的智能教学框架;以ERP(企业资源计划)课程为实证场景开展实践,结果表明:该框架显著提升了教学情境的真实性与交互深度,形成了“技术赋能—场景重构—能力进阶”的闭环,为管理学科实践教学改革提供了可操作的新范式。

Abstract: This study addresses key challenges in virtual simulation teaching for management disciplines, such as the lack of dynamic scenarios, rigid interaction mechanisms, and monotonous training models. By leveraging generative AI technologies, an intelligent instructional framework integrating knowledge graphs, prompt engineering, and embedding techniques was developed. Empirical implementation in an ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) course demonstrated that the framework significantly enhances situational authenticity and interaction depth, establishing a closed-loop process of“technology empowerment-scenario reconstruction-capability advancement”. The approach offers a practical and replicable paradigm for reforming management disciplines practice education.
