摘要: 在国家教育数字化战略纵深推进的视域下,行业院校教师数字素养培育已然成为其能否适应产业转型、实现高质量发展的关键性议题。然而在阶段性成效之下,更深层次的结构性问题与系统性短板依然存在,难以充分满足教育均衡发展与区域经济协同发展进程中的特殊需求。该文深入分析行业院校教师数字素养的价值内涵,以智慧教育平台为载体,形成“管理中枢、培育矩阵、评价闭环”“三位一体”的赋能进路,进而为行业院校锻造高水平数字素养教师队伍提供系统性建议,有利于为行业与地区提供更具潜力与竞争力的师资保障和智力支撑。

Abstract: In the context of the deepening of the national education digitalization strategy, the cultivation of digital literacy among teachers in industry colleges and universities has become a key issue in whether they can adapt to industrial transformation and achieve high-quality development. However, beneath the phased achievements, deeper structural dilemmas and systemic shortcomings persist. This article deeply analyzes the value connotation of digital literacy among teachers in industry colleges and universities, and forms a three in one empowerment approach of“management center, cultivation matrix, and evaluation loop”through a smart education platform. It provides systematic suggestions for forging a high-level digital literacy teacher team in industry colleges and universities, which is conducive to providing more potential and competitive teacher guarantee and intellectual support for the industry and regions.
