高职院校学生精准就业模型构建研究

摘要: 高职院校学生就业质量的提升需突破传统粗放式管理模式,转向以数据驱动为核心的精准化服务。该文从系统论视角出发,构建包含“需求识别—精准帮扶—动态管理—反馈改进”“四维一体”的精准就业模型,探讨各环节协同作用机制及其对就业的促进作用。研究表明:该模型通过整合教育生态要素、优化资源配置,能够显著提升就业匹配度与职业稳定性,为高职院校就业服务体系改革提供理论支持与实践路径。

Abstract: To improve the employment quality of students in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to break through the traditional extensive management mode and turn to data-driven precision services. From the perspective of system theory, this paper constructs a four-dimensional accurate employment model including “demand identification - precise assistance - dynamic management - feedback and improvement”, and discusses the synergistic mechanism of each link and its promoting effect on employment. The research shows that by integrating educational ecological elements and optimizing resource allocation, the model can significantly improve employment matching degree and career stability, and provide theoretical support and practical path for vocational college employment service system reform.
