摘要: 该文聚焦地方院校产教融合共同体建设,引入社会网络理论,通过剖析产教融合中存在的区域高校资源配置分散、创新实践能力培养不足、校企导师内驱力缺乏等问题,基于社会网络理论,从绘制关系网络、剖析关键节点关系、优化网络结构等方面构建产教融合共同体,并从组织架构、师资队伍、保障体系、监督评估等方面推进建设。实践证明:该模式在人才培养、科技研发、产业发展等方面成效显著,为地方院校产教融合提供了新思路与方法。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the construction of the industry-education integration community in local universities and colleges, introducing the social network theory. By analyzing the problems existing in industry-education integration, such as the decentralized allocation of resources in regional universities, insufficient cultivation of innovative and practical abilities, and the lack of internal drive among school-enterprise tutors, based on the social network theory, an industry-education integration community is constructed from aspects such as mapping the relationship network, analyzing the relationships between key nodes, and optimizing the network structure. Moreover, the construction is promoted from the perspective including the organizational structure, teaching staff, guarantee system, and supervision and evaluation. Practices have proven that this model has achieved remarkable results in talent cultivation, scientific research and development, and industrial development, providing new ideas and methods for the industry-education integration in local universities and colleges.
