摘要: 为响应教育部新工科建设与发展的号召,培养适用于能源行业发展需求的人才,该文分析了以交通行业特色为代表的北京交通大学能源动力专业的工科人才培养实践模式。在“双碳”战略与新工科的背景下,行业特色院校能源动力专业立足专业特色,不断推进人才培养模式的探索与实践,从培养方案优化、课程建设、专业课程设计、师资团队以及校企合作实践方面深化能源动力专业人才培养体系新模式的构建,为促进行业特色院校提升人才培养质量提供参考。

Abstract: In order to respond to the call of the Ministry of Education for the construction and development of new engineering disciplines and cultivate all-round talents suitable for the development needs of the energy industry, this paper analyzes the practical training mode of engineering talents in the active specialty of Beijing Jiaotong University represented by the characteristics of the transportation industry. Under the background of double carbon strategy and new engineering, the active specialty of industry characteristic colleges is based on the professional characteristics, and constantly promotes the exploration and practice of talent training mode. From the aspects of optimization of training scheme, curriculum construction, professional curriculum design, teacher team and school-enterprise cooperation practice, it continuously deepens the construction mode of the new mode of future talent training system for active specialty, and provides reference for promoting the quality of talent training in industry characteristic colleges.
