摘要: 在新工科背景下,化学化工类专业的发展需要面向国家和产业需求,需要适应、服务及引领新的经济形态。因此,培养化学化工类应用型创新人才是高校化学化工类专业的工作重点。针对新工科背景下化学化工类应用型创新人才培养面临的现实问题,广西民族大学化学化工类专业以培养应用型创新人才为目标,紧密结合区域和地方重大战略需求,积极探索构建“一核心三融合一主线四课堂”的人才培养模式,树立应用型创新人才培育理念,开展应用型创新人才培养,为更好地在新工科背景下培养化学化工类应用型创新人才提供建设性意见。

Abstract: Based on the background of new engineering disciplines, the development of chemical and chemical engineering majors needs to be oriented to national and industrial needs, and needs to adapt, serve and lead the new economic form. Therefore, cultivating applied innovative talents in chemistry and chemical engineering is the work of chemistry and chemical engineering majors in universities. Aiming at the realistic problems faced by the cultivation of applied innovative talents in chemistry and chemical engineering under the background of new engineering discipline, the chemistry and chemical engineering majors of Guangxi Minzu University take the cultivation of applied innovative talents as the goal, and closely combine with the major strategic needs of the region and localities, and actively explore the reform of talent cultivation mode by constructing the“one-core, three-integration, one-mainline and four-classroom”. We set up the educational concept of cultivating applied innovative talents, carry out the cultivation of applied innovative talents, and provide constructive opinions for the better construction of the cultivation of applied innovative talents of chemistry and chemical engineering under the background of new engineering disciplines.
