摘要: 为主动应对新一轮科技革命与产业变革,支撑服务创新驱动发展、《中国制造2025》等一系列国家战略,教育部在新经济、新起点背景下提出新工科建设。新工科的提出,为我国工程教育理论和实践提供了一个全新的视角,为传统工科注入了新的内涵。为了适应新时代经济发展新需求,高校应遵循新工科建设理念,加快“专创融合”化工人才培养新模式探索,培养更多高素质的创新型专业技术人才。该文重点研究新工科背景下“专创融合”化工人才培养模式的改革与实践,以期为相关领域的研究提供有益参考。

Abstract: In order to proactively respond to the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, support service innovation driven development, and a series of national strategies such as Made in China 2025, the Ministry of Education proposes the construction of new engineering disciplines in the context of the new economy and a new starting point. The proposal of new engineering disciplines provides a new perspective for the theory and practice of engineering education in China, injecting new connotations into traditional engineering disciplines. In order to adapt to the new demands of economic development in the new era, university shonld follow the concept of new engineering construction, accelerate the exploration of the new model of“specialized innovation integration”in chemical talent cultivation, and cultivate more high-quality innovative professional and technical talents. This article focuses on the reform and practice of the“specialized innovation integration”chemical talent training model under the background of new engineering disciplines, in order to provide useful references for research in related fields.
