摘要: 现场工程师作为理论与实践、技术与生产之间的关键纽带,在现代化工行业中发挥着不可替代的作用。高等职业教育教学模式的革新与实践成效,直接反映出人才培养的质量。该文从现场工程师培养理念出发,深入分析高职分析检验技术专业实践教学模式的创新与实践效果,以期培养出一批既拥有深厚专业功底,又具备开阔国际视野和勇于探索精神的现场工程师,满足制造业日益复杂多变的挑战。

Abstract: As a key link between theory and practice, technology and production, on-site engineers play an irreplaceable role in the modern chemical industry. The innovation and practical effectiveness of teaching models in higher vocational education directly reflect the quality of talent cultivation. Starting from the concept of on-site engineer training, this article deeply analyzes the innovation and practical effects of the practical teaching mode of the analysis and inspection technology major in higher vocational education, with the aim of cultivating a group of on-site engineers who not only have a profound professional foundation, but also have a broad international perspective and the courage to explore, to meet the increasingly complex and changing challenges of the manufacturing industry.
