Abstract: Employability is the key to college students'successful entry into the workplace and an important factor in ensuring their career development and future competitiveness. Under the concept of career planning, the improvement of college students'employability requires identifying their career direction, clarifying their development path, exercising their professional skills and general abilities based on the determined career goals, actively leveraging the advantages of on campus and off campus educational resources, fully expanding their growth space, establishing a regular career planning review and adjustment mechanism based on the dynamics of the job market and the uncertainty of personal growth, flexibly adjusting strategies, and ensuring the continuity and effectiveness of students'career development.
