“产学研赛”四链驱动的新工科卓越工程人才培养研究

摘要: 该文对目前新工科卓越人才培养现状及问题进行分析,提出基于“产学研赛”四链驱动的新工科卓越工程人才培养模式,从培养机制、协同一体化创新平台、教学模式、教学设计4个方面提出改革思路和实施方法,使“产学研赛”发生催化反应,充分发挥各模块的内驱力,形成“产学研赛”相互融合、螺旋式互促、共进协同的育人机制,对于提高人才培养质量、促进科技创新、增强学生实践能力、拓展学生就业渠道、推进产业结构优化升级具有重要意义。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of cultivating outstanding talents in new engineering disciplines, and propose a new model for cultivating outstanding talents in new engineering disciplines based on the four chain drive of“industry study research competition”, and provicles reform ideas and implementation methods from four aspects: training mechanism, collaborative integrated innovation platform, teaching mode, and teaching design, to catalyze the reaction of the ISRC, fully tap into the internal driving force of each module, and form a spiral shaped education mechanism of mutual integration, mutual promotion, and collaborative development of“industry study research competition”. It is of great significance to improve the quality of talent cultivation, promote technological innovation, enhance students'practical abilities, expand their employment channels, and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
