摘要: 人工智能技术的快速发展为各行各业带来了革命性的变化,同时也对职业院校的人才培养提出了新的挑战和要求。该文在“科教+产教”双驱动融合的教育生态环境下,通过剖析双驱动融合与“人工智能+ X”复合型人才培养的内涵与特性,构建了包含优化课程体系、强化实践教学、加强师资队伍建设、深化校企合作机制4个模块的人才培养新范式,为提高职业院校人工智能人才培养质量和办学水平做出有益的探索。

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has brought revolutionary changes to various industries, while also posing new challenges and requirements for talent cultivation in vocational colleges. This article analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the dual drive integration and the cultivation of composite talents with“artificial intelligence + X” in the educational ecological environment of“science and education + industry education”dual drive integration, and constructs a new paradigm for talent cultivation that includes four modules: optimizing the curriculum system, strengthening practical teaching, enhancing the construction of the teaching staff, and deepening the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises. It makes a useful exploration for improving the quality of artificial intelligence talent cultivation and the level of education in vocational colleges.
