摘要: 产教融合对于建立现代化产业体系、全面提升人口素质及以人的高质量发展支撑中国式现代化具有重要作用。长期以来,深化产教融合不仅是职业院校改革的关键抓手,也是其办学模式更新的难点。行业产教融合共同体是破解职业教育发展突出矛盾和问题、推动人才培养和产业发展有效对接的重要改革举措。该文提出建设行业产教融合共同体助推职教育人模式改革的措施:在共同体建设及高技能人才培养的实践中,要坚持“政府相关部门引导、市场主导,产业牵引、环境支撑,多元融合,系统集成、分类推进”的原则,着力将这一理论范式转化为多方协同、利益保障的实体化运行机制,创新构建高校与企业合作的生态环境,进而推动职业教育育人模式的更新。

Abstract: The integration of industry and education plays an important role in establishing a modern industrial system, comprehensively improving the quality of the population and supporting Chinese path to modernization with high-quality human development. For a long time, deepening the integration of industry and education has not only been a key lever in the reform of vocational colleges, but also a difficult point in updating their educational models. The industry education integration community is an important reform measure to solve prominent contradictions and problems in the development of vocational education, and to promote effective integration between talent cultivation and industrial development. This article proposes measures to build an industry education integration community to promote the reform of vocational education personnel mode: in the practice of community construction and high skilled talent cultivation, we must adhere to the principle of “rekvant government department guidance, market leadership, industry traction, environmental support, diversified integration, system integration, and classified promotion” , focus on transforming this theoretical paradigm into a multi-party collaborative and interest protected entity operation mechanism, innovate and construct an ecological environment for universities and enterprises cooperation, and promote the renewal of vocational education personnel mode.
