摘要: 随着医学教育改革的推进,麻醉学实践教学基地建设的重要性日益凸显。南昌大学建设了麻醉学实践教学基地,以更好地培养具有创新实践能力的高素质麻醉学专业人才:通过整合教学资源,加强师资队伍建设,构建一流本科课程群,探索新型教学模式,优化实践教学体系,制定多元化评价体系,为麻醉学领域输送更多具有创新实践能力的高素质人才,为培养高素质麻醉学专业人才提供参考。

Abstract: With the advancement of medical education reform, the importance of building practical teaching bases for anesthesiology is increasingly prominent. Nanchang University has established a practical teaching base for anesthesia to better cultivate high-quality anesthesia professionals with innovative practical abilities. By integrating teaching resources, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, building a first-class undergraduate course group, exploring new teaching models, optimizing the practical teaching system, and developing a diversified evaluation system, it aims to provide more high-quality talents with innovative practical abilities for the field of anesthesia and provide reference for cultivating high-quality anesthesia professionals.
