摘要: 在信息化背景下,工程训练教学模式正积极适应产业发展需求。传统教学模式未重视学生探究能力培养,资源配置影响知识传授效率。该文依托数字化平台,为工程训练教学创新提供技术支撑,探索开放式教学模式构建路径,形成了融合理念更新、资源整合与教学方法创新的系统框架,并从实践角度论证其应用价值。实践证明:此开放模式既增强学生工程素养,又促进校企互动,有效地支持了复合型人才培养目标的达成。

Abstract: In the context of informatization, engineering training teaching models are actively adapting to industrial development requirements. Traditional teaching mode does not attach importance to the cultivation of students'exploratory abilities, while resource allocation affects knowledge transfer efficiency. This paper relies on digital platforms to provide technical support for engineering training teaching innovation, exploring construction paths for open teaching models. The research forms a systematic framework that integrates concept updating, resource integration, and teaching method innovation, and demonstrates its application value from a practical perspective. Practice shows that this open model both enhances students'engineering literacy and promotes school-enterprise interaction, effectively supporting the achievement of compound talent cultivation objectives.
