摘要: 金融学是一门应用性比较强的学科,校企合作模式作为推动金融学科发展的主要抓手,对提升金融学实践教学能力和教学效果具有重要作用。该文以校企合作为主,梳理校企合作模式下金融学实践教学存在的实践教学基地不稳定、实践教学课程设置不合理、实践师资队伍实践能力薄弱、实践教学评价机制不健全等问题,深入剖析这些问题产生的深层次原因,进而提出校企合作模式下金融学实践教学提质增效的路径。

Abstract: Finance is a highly applied discipline, and the school enterprise cooperation model, as a key driver for advancing financial education, plays a significant role in improving the practical teaching capabilities and outcomes in finance. Focusing on school-enterprise cooperation, this paper identifies existing issues in practical teaching under this model, including unstable practical teaching bases, unreasonable curriculum design, weak practical abilities of teaching staff, and incomplete evaluation mechanisms for practical teaching. It further analyzes the underlying causes of these problems and proposes pathways to enhance the quality and efficiency of practical teaching in finance based on the school-enterprise cooperation model.
