摘要: 产教融合、协同育人为缓解当前研究生教育产教分离问题提供了可行方案。“政—产—学—研”协同育人是由政府相关部门、用人单位、高等教育机构和科研院所共同构成的一体化协作体系,通过创新教育模式、提升人才培养质量,并与乡村振兴战略紧密结合,全面推进“政—产—学—研”培养模式的深入改革,强化“政—产—学—研”整合效应,以政府政策为指引和导向、以企事业单位为支柱、以高等院校为主体、以科研创新为驱动,培养研究生的工程素养,深入挖掘并培育研究生的实践能力,实现教育链、人才链与产业链、技术需求链的精准对接,确保高校培养的研究生能精准契合地方经济与社会的多元化发展需求。

Abstract: The integration of production and education and cooperative education provide a feasible plan for alleviating the separation of production and education in graduate education.“Government-industry-learning-research” collaborative education is an integrated cooperative system composed of government departments, employers, institutions of higher education and research institutes. Through innovating the education model, improving the quality of personnel training, and closely combining with the rural revitalization strategy, we will comprehensively promote the in-depth reform of the “government-industry-learning-research” training model, and strengthen the integration effect of “government-industry-learning-research”. With government policies as the guide and guidance, enterprises and public institutions as the intermediary and pillar, institutions of higher learning as the main body, and scientific research and innovation as the driving force, cultivate the engineering literacy of graduate students, deeply explore and cultivate the practical ability of graduate students, and realize the accurate connection between the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain and technology demand chain. To ensure that the graduate students trained by universities can accurately meet the diversified development needs of local economy and society.
