摘要: 针对当前高职经管类专业人才缺乏数字技术和创业能力不足的问题,常州工业职业技术学院基于产教融合、科教融汇的理念构建“三阶三链”高职经管类专业学生数字创业能力阶梯式培养模式,经过多年的探索与实践,该培养模式不仅促进了创业教育过程的产教深度融合,而且增强了数字技术引领创业教育转型升级的效果,使经管类专业人才能更好地适应数字经济时代发展变革的需要,促进了创业教育和经管类专业建设的发展。

Abstract: In response to the current lack of digital technology and entrepreneurial ability among vocational college students majoring in management, Changzhou Institute of Industrial Technology has constructed a “three-level, three chain” hierarchical training model for digital entrepreneurial ability of vocational college students majoring in management based on the concept of industry education integration and science education integration. After years of exploration and practice, this training model not only promotes the deep integration of industry and education in the process of entrepreneurship education, but also enhances the effect of digital technology leading the transformation and upgrading of entrepreneurship education. It greatly increases the needs of management professionals to adapt to the development and changes of the digital economy era, and promotes the development of entrepreneurship education and management professional construction.
