食品生物技术实验项目式学习实践探究

摘要: 该文采用成果导向的工程教育理念,旨在培养学生适应社会需求的知识、技能和素质,满足复合应用型人才的培养目标:以食品生物技术实验课程为例,将成果导向理念整合到项目式学习中,建立项目学习成果与课程能力指标的对应关系,设计以学生为中心的教学实施流程,创建集综合性、研究性于一体的实验课程教学模式,采用实操考核和问卷调查方法对教学质量进行评估;建立以学生为中心、强调工程思维的多样化教学模式,并构建多元化教学评价体系,学生在提升自主学习和实践技能方面取得显著进步,教学效果明显提升。这种基于项目式的课程模式为食品生物技术实验教学提供了参考。

Abstract: This paper adopts the results-oriented engineering education concept, aiming to cultivate students'knowledge, skills and qualities to meet the needs of society, and meet the training objectives of composite applied talents: Taking the experimental course of food biotechnology as an example, the results-oriented concept was integrated into project-based learning, the corresponding relationship between the project learning outcome and the curriculum ability index was established, the student-centered teaching implementation process was designed, a comprehensive and research-oriented experimental course teaching model was created, and the teaching quality was evaluated by practical evaluation and questionnaire survey. The establishment of a student-centered diversified teaching model emphasizing engineering thinking, and the construction of a diversified teaching evaluation system have made remarkable progress in improving students'autonomous learning and practical skills, and the teaching effect has been significantly improved. This project-based curriculum model provides reference for the experimental teaching of food biotechnology.
