民办高职院校“岗课赛证”融通模式下幼儿行为观察与指导课程建设研究

摘要: 职业教育要实现高质量发展,课程是其根本载体和关键。民办高职院校将“岗课赛证”融入课程建设全过程,既是提高课程适应性的根本要求,也是提高人才培养质量的重要举措。该文基于“岗课赛证”相互融通的现实背景,结合幼儿行为观察与指导课程的教学目标及实施要求,从立足岗位需求,优化课程目标,促进学生发展;对接典型任务,引入“赛证”标准,重构课程内容;更新教学理念,聚焦教学过程,改进教学方法;深化校企合作,融合信息技术,丰富教学资源;完善评价内容,融入成果导向,优化评价体系5个方面,提出了以“岗课赛证”融合为导向的课程建设路径。这对于有效避免民办高职院校课程教学与生产实践相脱节、人才培养无法满足社会需求等突出问题,将发挥积极作用。

Abstract: Vocational education must achieve high-quality development, and the curriculum is its fundamental carrier and key. Private vocational colleges and universities integrate the“position-curriculum-competition-certificate”into the entire process of curriculum construction. This is not only a fundamental requirement to improve the adaptability of the curriculum but also an important measure to enhance the quality of talent cultivation. Based on the practical background of the mutual integration of“position-curriculum-competition-certificate”, and in conjunction with the teaching objectives and implementation requirements of the pre-school child behavior observation and guidance course, this paper proposes a curriculum construction path oriented by the integration of "position-curriculum-competition-certificate" from five aspects: focusing on job requirements, optimizing curriculum objectives, and promoting student development; aligning with typical tasks, introducing competition and certification standards, and reconstructing curriculum content;updating teaching concepts, focusing on the teaching process, and improving teaching methods;deepening school-enterprise cooperation, integrating information technology, and enriching teaching resources;perfecting evaluation content, infiltrating outcome-oriented approaches, and optimizing the evaluation system. This approach will play a positive role in effectively avoiding the prominent issues of disconnection between curriculum teaching in private vocational colleges and universities and practical production, and the inability of talent cultivation to meet societal demands.
